Ingredients
  

  • 500 Grams Lean meat
  • 1 Cup of chopped Green onions
  • 4 pc Potatoes
  • 1 pc Onion
  • As needed Salt and pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Glass Water
  • 1 Oil Cup

Method
 

  1. Step 1
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb or beef and cook until browned on all sides.

  4. Add the sliced onions and garlic. Cook for 4-5 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.

  6. Stir in the potatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well so the potatoes are coated with the seasonings.

  8. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and the potatoes are fully cooked.

  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with flatbread, yogurt, or pickled vegetables.
