Ingredients
  

  • 500 g peeled fava beans
  • 6 tbsp dried dill
  • 5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 eggs optional
  • 100 g butter
  • Salt pepper, turmeric (to taste)
  • Water enough to cover ingredients

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a pot, cook chopped garlic until fragrant, then add peeled fava beans and fry briefly.
  2. Mix in dried dill, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Add water slightly above the beans and simmer until soft.
  3. Crack in the eggs, cook to your liking, and serve hot with Persian rice.
