Method
- Mix thaaleb and sugar thoroughly to prevent lumps.
- Warm the milk over low heat without boiling.
- Gradually add sugar mixture while stirring continuously.
- Add saffron and rose water once thickened.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Freeze and stir every 30-45 minutes, 4-5 times.
- Add cream and pistachios, then freeze until firm.
