Method
- Sift the flour twice and mix with salt and oil.
- Gradually add water until you form a smooth dough.
- Knead for 10 minutes, shape into a ball, and cover for 25 minutes.
- Divide into 4 balls, rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll each ball thin, spread butter, and layer them together.
- Stretch the dough thin again, roll into a spiral, and press lightly.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with tea and boiled eggs.
