  • cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional Lemon Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
