Method
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add pitted dates and stir for a few minutes until slightly soft.
- Mix in chopped walnuts. Avoid grinding too finely.
- Crack the eggs directly into the pan over the date mixture and stir gently.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon and cook until the eggs are fully set.
- Serve warm with fresh bread and optional nuts or sesame seeds.
