- Peel and grate potatoes and onion, then squeeze to remove excess water.
- Mix grated potato and onion with eggs, spices, breadcrumbs, and optional parsley. Mix thoroughly and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into oval or round patties (about the size of a tangerine). Moisten hands slightly with water to prevent sticking.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with fresh vegetables, bread, or rice.
