Method
- 1-Sauté sliced onion and chopped garlic in oil until golden.
- 2-Add diced meat and brown it thoroughly.
- 3-Season with salt and pepper (and optional spices).
- 4-Pour in water and simmer for 1–2 hours until meat is tender.
- 5-Add cubed potatoes and cook for another 45–60 minutes.
- 6-Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with bread or rice.
