Spread the Mixture: Line a baking tray with parchment paper, spread the puree evenly .
Drying Method:
Sun-dry: 2-3 days in direct sunlight until dry but still flexible.
Oven-dry: 6-8 hours at 140
Cut and Store: Peel off the sheet, cut into strips or squares, and store in an airtight container.
