Method
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
- Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Roll dough thin and cut into small circles.
- Place 1 tablespoon filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold and pleat to seal momos.
- Steam momos for 12-15 minutes until translucent and cooked.
- Serve hot with momo chutney.
