Ingredients
  

  • Eggplant: 1 Kg
  • Basil and mint: 150 grams
  • Water: 1 glass
  • Garlic: 6 cloves
  • Green pepper: as needed
  • Salt: 1 spoon
  • Optional: Black pepper or chili for extra spice

Method
 

  1. Step 1:
  2. Wash and dry eggplants completely, then grill until the inside is soft. Let it rest in a closed container for 5 minutes, then peel and cool.
  3. Step 2:
  4. Wash and dry fresh basil and mint leaves, chop them with garlic and green pepper. Adjust the amount of pepper to taste.
  5. Step 3:
  6. Place eggplant and chopped herbs in a jar, add salt and optional spices, mix well, close tightly. Can be used after 1 day.
