Method
- Step 1:
- Wash and dry eggplants completely, then grill until the inside is soft. Let it rest in a closed container for 5 minutes, then peel and cool.
- Step 2:
- Wash and dry fresh basil and mint leaves, chop them with garlic and green pepper. Adjust the amount of pepper to taste.
- Step 3:
- Place eggplant and chopped herbs in a jar, add salt and optional spices, mix well, close tightly. Can be used after 1 day.
