Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water adjust as needed for a thin batter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar optional
  • 1 teaspoon oil or melted butter optional for softness

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and water until you have a smooth, runny batter (similar to crepe batter).
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or flat pan over medium-high heat. Lightly grease it with a few drops of oil.
  3. Pour a ladle of batter onto the hot pan, spreading it quickly into a thin circle using the back of the ladle.
  4. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the bread turns golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove from heat, add desired toppings (cheese, egg, honey, etc.), fold, and serve immediately
