Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Meat veal, beef, or any preferred meat
  • 200 g Butter
  • 5 Mushrooms chopped
  • 200 g Sausage or ham chopped
  • 3 glasses Water
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 200 g Olives sliced
  • 5 Bay leaves fragrant leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Chopped dill
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Pickled cucumbers chopped
  • Salt pepper, paprika (to taste)

Method
 

  1. Step 1:
  2. Chop meat and sausage finely. In a deep pot, melt 100 g butter and sauté onions and garlic. Add meat and sausage, fry until lightly browned.
  3. Step 2:
  4. In another pan, melt 100 g butter, sauté tomatoes with tomato paste, then add to the main mixture.
  5. Step 3:
  6. Add mushrooms, olives, chopped pickles, dill, and spices. Mix flour with cold water and stir into the soup. Add bay leaves and let simmer for 1 hour until fully cooked.
