Step 1:
Slice the sucuk into ¼ inch (6 mm) pieces.
Step 2:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter if needed, although traditional sucuk usually releases enough fat on its own.
Step 3:
Cook the sucuk slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly crispy and the flavorful oils are released.
Step 4:
Reduce heat to medium-low and crack the eggs between the sucuk slices. Season with black pepper.
Step 5:
Cover the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until the egg whites are set and the yolks reach your preferred texture.
Step 6:
Garnish with parsley and Pul Biber. Serve immediately with warm bread.
