Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken mix of thighs and breasts recommended
  • 1 onion chopped, juice reserved
  • 2 tsp saffron
  • 25 g butter melted
  • Salt pepper, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder (to taste)

Method

  2. Cut chicken into small pieces. Chop onion and reserve its juice. Mix chicken with onion juice, saffron, melted butter, and spices.

  4. Knead the mixture for 5 minutes until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours for the flavors to develop.
  5. Step 3:
  6. Shape small portions of the mixture into balls and thread them onto skewers soaked in water.
  7. Step 4:
  8. Grill on hot coals for 5-7 minutes per side until golden.
  9. Alternative: Fry on a non-stick pan on the stove without oil.
