Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups milk preferably full-fat
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams white or milk chocolate optional

Method

  2. Mix wheat flour and cornstarch, then add to cold milk. Stir until smooth and lump-free.

  4. Place on medium heat, add sugar, and stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken.

  6. Add rose water and vanilla (or cardamom powder). Mix well to combine.
  7. Step 4:
  8. Stir in cream and, optionally, a small amount of butter. Remove from heat and add chocolate if desired. Stir until melted.
  9. Step 5:
  10. Pour the mixture into serving bowls. Decorate with cinnamon, pistachio, or coconut powder. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
