Step 1:
Mix wheat flour and cornstarch, then add to cold milk. Stir until smooth and lump-free.

Place on medium heat, add sugar, and stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken.

Add rose water and vanilla (or cardamom powder). Mix well to combine.
Step 4:
Stir in cream and, optionally, a small amount of butter. Remove from heat and add chocolate if desired. Stir until melted.
Step 5:
Pour the mixture into serving bowls. Decorate with cinnamon, pistachio, or coconut powder. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
