How to prepare Beshbarmak recipe

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix flour, eggs, and salt. Add some water to make the dough soft and not stick to your hands. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, then cover it with a cloth and put it in a bowl. Let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Chop the onion and fry in a pan until golden and set aside.

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, egg, and salt. Gradually add water to form a soft dough. Knead for 10 minutes, cover, and rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Slice onion and fry in a pan until golden; set aside.
  3. Boil the meat in a pot with 3 cups of water, salt, pepper, and turmeric until tender. Separately boil potatoes and carrot.
  4. Roll out the dough, cut into squares/diamonds, and cook in salted water or broth for 10 minutes.
  5. Place noodles on a serving platter. Top with cooked meat, carrots, and potatoes. Add fried onions and garnish with herbs. Serve hot with broth on the side.
