I started YummCook with one goal: to preserve and share authentic recipes from Persian, Afghan, Turkish, Indian, and neighboring cuisines while making them easy for home cooks around the world.
Every recipe published on this website is personally researched, cooked, tested, photographed, and reviewed before it goes live. When needed, I prepare a recipe multiple times to adjust ingredient amounts, cooking times, and instructions so readers can recreate it successfully in their own kitchens.
My Cooking Experience
My passion for cooking began years ago through traditional family recipes and continued by learning regional cooking techniques from different cultures.

Every recipe follows the same process:

- Reviewing the recipe before publishing
I regularly update older recipes whenever I discover improvements or receive useful feedback from readers.
