How to make Dolme Esfenaj: A Source of Iron and Energy
Step 1
First, put a suitable container on the heat and pour a little oil in it and chop the onion, and after its color turns golden, add the minced meat to it. After the meat changes color, add the cooked rice and cooked chickpeas to it.
