How to prepare Karniarik
Step 1
First, wash the eggplants well and rest them in water and salt for 1 hour so that they absorb less oil and don’t become bitter. Then, cut a slice in the middle and fry them in oil.
Step 2
Chop the onion finely and fry it in a small amount of oil with chopped garlic until its color becomes transparent. Add the minced meat to the onion and let it cook a little and add the chopped tomatoes to it. Then add the spices along with chopped pepper and parsley and remove from the heat.
Step 3
At this stage, we prepare the sauce. Mix the tomato paste with pepper sauce and lemon juice with boiling water and put it on the heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
We put the torn eggplants on a plate and pour some of the meat ingredients into them and at the end we let it cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. you drink.
Note: You can use a pot on the gas instead of the oven, just mix a small amount of water with tomato paste and pour it into the pot to be cooked by its steam.
